How long have you been in business?
I've been licensed since 2005. First in California, then in South Carolina, and now in Georgia.
What is your primary product or service?
Residential real estate - I assist both buyers and sellers of condos, townhouses, and single family homes in all price ranges.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was in software sales when I had my first child and decided to be a stay at home mom. Then we moved to northern California (Travis AFB) and I realized it was too expensive there to buy a house on only one income. I decided to get my real estate license because it offered a flexible schedule and seemed like fun! I found it to be extremely rewarding and I've been a full time Realtor ever since.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I specialize in the military since we've been there, done that, and used my husband's VA entitlement to buy our homes. (Yes, I said HOMES plural! You can use it more than once - ask me how!) I love taking classes to further my own knowledge of my profession and our market. I have several advanced designations, one of which is called a VA Pro because I've learned the specific needs of military clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I work for Keller Williams and we have offices all over Atlanta. My office is in Woodstock but I service most of Cobb and Cherokee Counties. I've sold homes in Smyrna, Douglasville, and even Conyers!

Take I-75 N to I-575 N, get off on exit 7 and turn right on Highway 92. We are a few blocks down on the right.
What type of payments do you accept?
For buyers, I do not charge a dime. For sellers, I am paid when your house is sold.

Up and down the I-75 corridor
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am a small business owner and I own Northern Atlanta Dream Homes, but my broker is Keller Williams Realty Partners.
What are your hours of operation?
M-F 8-6, Sat and Sun by appt.
