How long have you been in business?
Final Touch Flooring has been in business for 10 years but we have over 30 years of experience.
What is your primary product or service?
Installing and selling flooring.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have over 13 years of flooring experience. Working for a distributor for 11 years certainly helped me get ready for the position I am now to were I knew a little bit about every line of flooring. There is such a wide range involved in flooring I knew upfront information about the different floors.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I make sure that I am there for the client from the very beginning to the very end. So many people in sales take the deposit and leave it at that. They have other people within the company take care of everything else. I make sure I am there to help them schedule, I help them decide what areas or change any areas that should be needed. We are a full service flooring company to were one needs to know the person they are dealing with. Should the client need me to come by to take a look at the floor either to begin with or after installation I am there. I even go by after installation to take a look at the finished product. That is very important for the client to know they have someone to turn to.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, money order, checks or credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
We service residential job from I 20 northward, from the west of I75 to the I85 , to the Alabama line and north GA. The best bet is to just give us a call for we will service most areas. We might go further out should the job be worth it especially commercial job. We have done quite a few commercial job out of state. No job is too small nor too big!!!!!
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Tony Higgins is the owner and his daughter, Leslie Stanko is the Office manager who runs the daily operations
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm
Sunday CLOSED
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Thank you.............Those two words mean the word to me. When said with sincerity this means so much.
Someone telling me how I have made their life so much easier is great as well. Any major remodeling project can get the best of you. When I bring samples out, handle everything in their home for them on their schedule.....well if help the client out so much and frees up their time which is vital to them.
