How long have you been in business?
After 10 years previously with another janitorial contractor we have recently formed NW Janitorial Services.
What is your primary product or service?
Janitorial services. The cleaning of offices, churches, daycares, etc. throughout NW metro Atlanta.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The first time I remember having a desire to get into janitorial work was approximately 12 years ago when I was working for a large company in NW Atlanta where I noticed the restrooms in our office were poorly maintained. The cleaning contractor seemed to be okay at replenishing the paper but wasn't very thorough with the cleaning. The restroom never had that clean smell. With our old cleaning company we got the contract to clean my former employees office and did so for approx. 7 years before the company went out of business due to the recession.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I'm somewhat familiar with a few of our local competitors and without demonizing them or tearing them down I would simply say that we work hard to not only clean for our customers but we actually consider ourselves a germ containment company. We work hard to cover every possible inch of space when cleaning including cleaning every single handle which is usually the culpret in germ spreading.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 1 office located in Smyrna. As of right now we have no plans of opening another one but it's the dream of every small business to grow but we will never sacrifice the satisfaction of our clients to do so. Customer satisfaction is and will always be our #1 priority.

Our office is located off of S. Cobb drive between Windy Hill Rd. and Spring Rd. in Smyrna, Ga.

As of right now we accept checks, cash, & Paypal.
Which areas do you service?
All of Cobb county and depending on the size of the job we also serve parts of northwest Atlanta, Bartow, & Paulding counties.

What are your hours of operation?
Our ours of operation depends on the type and size of job. We work hard to accommodate our clients schedule which usually includes nights and weekends.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Eventhough we weren't here we know that you were. I had a business complaining that it always seemed like someone in the office was sick. They hired us because they felt like germs were constantly bouncing from one employee to another. Within a month, during flu season, I was told that attendance was up and they credited our service so that was a great compliment.
